ARTIST
유준상은 <프랑켄 슈타인>, <로빈훗>, <삼총사>, <레베카> 등의 뮤지컬, 영화, 드라마에서 왕성한 활동을 이어가고 있는 한국의 탑 배우이다. 칸 영화제에도 초청을 받았던 영화 <표적>을 비롯하여 해외 영화제에서 주목하는 홍상수 감독의 영화에도 단골 배우로 출연할 만큼 작품을 보는 안목이 탁월한 배우로도 알려져 있다. 또한 음악을 향한 열정과 재능을 바탕으로 싱어 송 라이터로도 활약하는 다재다능한 아티스트이다. 2013년 1집 앨범 [JUNES] 발매 이후 2016년 3년만에 신보 [THE FACE]를 선보이며 수년간 무대와 브라운관에서 켜켜이 쌓아온 연기력을 바탕으로 배우 유준상의 아름다운 얼굴들을 음악으로 표현하였다.
Junsang Yu is one of Korea's leading actors, and there is no boundaries when it comes to acting for this multi-faceted actor; he has featured in many popular Korean musicals such as <The Days>, <Frankenstein>, <Robin Hood>, <The Three Musketeers>, <Rebbeca>, films, and TV series. He was recently invited to the Cannes Film Festival for featuring in The <Target>, directed by Hong Sang-soo. Junsang Yu also has a deep passion for singing and composing, and is a singer-songwriter. “Pursuing music can be seen as an extension to my acting career. A lot of people don’t know that I’m also a musician, but one day I hope they will also remember me as a musician who wrote warm, breezy music. Even if it takes a long time, I’m going to continue pursuing music,” Junsang Yu said with fiery passion for music. [THE FACE], released in 2016, 3 years after his first debut album [JUNES]. The album features tracks that are based on the many characters he played during his 20 year acting career, where the listeners can expect to see the many faces through music.
