오는 12월 3일부터 5일까지 예정된 본 공연은 코로나 단계적 일상회복 1차 개편 내용에 포함되지 않아 부득이 동일한 공연장인 ‘YES24 라이브홀’에서 2022년 4월 22일(금), 23일(토), 24일(일) 개최로 일정을 거듭 조정하게 되었습니다.

오랜 시간 아티스트에 대한 관심과 믿음, 애정으로 기다려주고 계신 관객 여러분께 죄송함과 깊은 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 

관객과 아티스트가 안전하고 편안한 환경에서 맘껏 마음을 나누고 그간의 아쉬움을 해소할 수 있는 소중한 시간이 되도록 최선의 노력을 기울이겠습니다. 여러분의 깊은 이해를 부탁드립니다.

- 공연일: 2022년 4월 22일(금) 오후 8시 / 4월 23일(토) 오후 7시 / 4월 24일(일) 오후 6시 

- 공연장: YES24 라이브홀

▶ 예매 티켓 유지 또는 취소/환불 안내

- 변경된 공연일로 예매 티켓 유지 및 관람을 원할 경우:

예매하신 티켓의 스탠딩 번호 및 좌석은 변경된 공연일로 자동 전환됩니다. 

예매 내역을 취소하지 마시고 유지하여 주십시오. 

예) 

12월 3일(금) 스탠딩 A구역 1번 → 2022년 4월 22일(금) 스탠딩 A구역 1번 

12월 4일(토) 스탠딩 A구역 1번 → 2022년 4월 23일(토) 스탠딩 A구역 1번

- 변경 일정 티켓 일괄배송일: 2022년 3월 31일(목)

- 예매 취소 및 환불을 원할 경우, 예매자 개인의 직접 취소 시 취소 수수료가 발생되니 반드시 11월 22일(월) 오후 6시까지 YES24 고객센터(1544-6399)를 통하여 환불 접수를 해주시기 바랍니다. 접수 후, 결제 금액 전액이 환불됩니다. 해당 기간 이후 취소 시, 취소 수수료가 부과됩니다.

무통장 입금 예매자: 예매취소 접수 후, 영업일 3일 이내에 환불 조치됩니다.

카드결제 예매자: 접수 후, 카드승인이 취소되며 취소 완료는 카드사별로 약 5~7일 정도 소요됩니다. (환불 일자는 카드사별로 상이합니다.)

[‘CHRISTOPHER LIVE IN SEOUL’ POSTPONED]

It is with a heavy heart to announce that ‘Christopher Live in Seoul’, originally scheduled on December 3rd to 5th, will be rescheduled to April 22nd to 24th, 2022 in order to comply with the government’s new ‘living with COVID-19’ scheme.

We offer our sincerest apologies to all fans who have sent continuous support and interest and promise that we will put our utmost effort to provide everyone a safe and pleasant environment for the upcoming show. We thank you again for your kind understanding.

▶ ‘Christopher Live in Seoul’ rescheduled details

- Date: April 22nd (Fri), 2022 8pm / April 23rd (Sat), 2022 7pm / April 24th (Sun), 2022 6pm

- Venue: YES24 Live Hall

▶ Ticket transfers and cancellation/refund

Current tickets held will remain valid for the rescheduled dates; for those who have already purchased the tickets, all tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates. For those who wish to maintain the purchased ticket, please do not make any cancellation.

Ex) December 3rd (Fri) Standing A 001 → April 22nd (Fri), 2022 Standing A 001

December 4th (Sat) Standing A 001 → April 23rd (Sat), 2022 Standing A 001

December 5th (Sun) Standing A 001 →  April 24th (Sun), 2022 Standing A 001

- Rescheduled ticket delivery date: March 31st (Thu), 2022

- For those who prefer cancellation, please contact Yes24 Ticket customer service (1544-6399) by November 22nd (Mon) 6pm to request a full refund. Please make sure to make the cancellation via Yes24 Ticket customer service. Otherwise, cancellation fee will be charged when the customer makes the cancellation on his/her own. A full refund will be made upon request. 

For customers who have made the payment via wire transfers:

The refund process will be completed within 3 business days upon your request.

For customers who have made the payment via credit card:

Transaction will be cancelled upon your request, and the refund process may take up to 7 days. Duration may vary depending on the credit card company.
