[환불 절차 안내]

1. 무통장입금

문자 수신 이후 YES24 ‘예매페이지’에서 직접 계좌 정보를 수정하시면 환불이 정상적으로 처리됩니다. (접수 후 영업일 기준 약 3~5일 소요)

-계좌 정보 작성 방법: MY공연 → 예매확인/취소 → 환불진행상태 → 환불계좌 수정하기 → 계좌 수정하기 → 환불받을 계좌 입력 후 수정

- 환불받으실 계좌는 반드시 <은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주> 정보를 정확하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다.

2. 카드 결제

별도의 절차 없이 결제 금액 전액이 승인 취소됩니다. 취소 완료 시까지 영업일 기준 약 5~10일 정도 소요됩니다.
