오는 5월 6일 예스24 라이브홀에서 진행 예정이었던 'Rex Orange County The Pony Tour - Seoul'이 코로나19(COVID-19)의 전 세계적 확산으로 인하여 안타깝게 잠정 연기되었습니다. Rex는 관객 여러분들과 그의 팀 그리고 모든 스태프들의 건강과 안전을 최우선으로 생각하고 있습니다.

새로운 투어 일정을 빠른 시일 내에 발표할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠습니다. 자세한 정보는 추후 아티스트의 공식 홈페이지(http://www.rexorangecounty.com/)를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.

예매 티켓은 예매처 YES24의 절차에 따라 취소 수수료 없이 전액 환불 처리됩니다.

1. 무통장입금

예매처 YES24에서 발송한 관련 안내 문자 확인 후, YES24 ‘예매페이지’ 상에 계좌 정보를 작성하여 주십시오. 이후, 환불 처리가 정상적으로 진행됩니다.(영업일 기준 약 3~5일 소요)

*계좌 정보 작성법: MY공연 → 예매확인/취소 → 환불진행상태 → 환불계좌 수정하기 → 계좌 수정하기 → 환불 받을 계좌 입력 후 수정버튼(은행명, 계좌번호, 예금주 정보 정확하게 작성)

2. 카드 결제

별도의 개별 절차 없이 결제금 전액이 승인 취소됩니다.(영업일 기준 약 5~10일 소요)

환불 일자는 카드사별로 상이할 수 있습니다.

3. 공지 전, 건강 상의 우려로 인한 사전 취소

‘코로나19(COVID-19)’가 위기 경보에서 ‘심각 단계’로 격상한 2월 23일(일) 이후 취소 건에 대하여 취소 수수료 환불을 진행합니다.

Due to the ongoing pandemic situation of COVID-19, we regret to announce that REX ORANGE COUNTY THE PONY TOUR – Seoul, originally scheduled for 05/06, 2020 at Yes24 Live Hall has been postponed. Our highest priority remains the safety of Rex’s fans, his team and everyone who has been working on these concerts.

We are actively working on rescheduling the concert dates, and these will be announced very soon via www.rexorangecounty.com

A full refund will be available for all purchased tickets according to Yes24 Ticket’s refund procedures.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes and thank everyone for their understanding.

Credit card transaction will be automatically cancelled for a full refund, and the whole refund process may take up to 10 days. Duration may vary depending on the credit card provider.

For those who have made the cancellation in advance due to health concerns, cancellation charge refund will be available for cancellations submitted as of February 23 (Sun) when the South Korean government raised the COVID-19 alert level to the highest of Red.
