본 공연은 코로나19(COVID-19)로 인하여 공연일을 연기/변경하여 동일한 공연장 ‘예스24 라이브홀’에서 진행합니다. 여러분의 깊은 이해를 부탁드립니다.

▶ 예매 티켓 유지 또는 취소/환불 안내

- 변경된 공연일로 예매 티켓 유지 및 관람을 원할 경우, 예매하신 티켓의 스탠딩 번호 및 좌석은 변경된 공연일로 자동 전환됩니다. 예매 내역을 취소하지 마시고 유지하여 주십시오.

예) 3월 25일(수) 스탠딩 A구역 1번 -> 8월 29일(토) 스탠딩 A구역 1번

3월 26일(목) 스탠딩 A구역 1번 -> 8월 30일(일) 스탠딩 A구역 1번

- 변경된 티켓 일괄배송일: 8월 5일(수)

- 예매 취소 및 환불을 원할 경우, 예매자 개인이 직접 취소 시 취소 수수료가 발생되니 반드시 3월 26일(목) 오후 6시까지 YES24고객센터(1544-6399)를 통하여 환불 접수를 해주시기 바랍니다. 접수 후, 결제 금액 전액이 환불됩니다.

무통장입금 예매자: 접수 후, 영업일 3일 이내에 환불 조치됩니다.

카드결제 예매자: 접수 후, 카드 승인 취소되며, 취소완료는 카드사별로 약 5~7일정도 소요됩니다.

- 건강 상의 우려로 사전에 취소하신 경우, 예매처 방침에 따라 1월 20일 이후 취소건에 한하여 취소 수수료 환불이 가능합니다. YES24고객센터(1544-6399)를 통하여 취소 수수료 환불 접수를 하시기 바랍니다.

[‘CHRISTOPHER LIVE IN SEOUL’ POSTPONED]

We’d like to thank everyone who has shown great interest in ‘Christopher Live in Seoul’. Due to the ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19, we regret to announce the postponement of ‘Christopher Live in Seoul’. Originally scheduled on March 25th & 26th, 2020 at ‘Yes24 Live Hall’, the show has been postponed to August 29th & 30th, 2020 at the same venue. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and support.

Please see below for further information.

▶ Rescheduled show dates

- Date: August 29th (Sat) 7pm / August 30th (Sun) 6pm

- Venue: Yes24 Live Hall

▶ Ticket transfers and cancellation/refund

- Current tickets held will remain valid for the rescheduled dates; for those who have already purchased the tickets, all tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates. For those who wish to maintain the purchased ticket, please do not make any cancellation.

Ex) March 25th (Wed) Standing A 001 -> August 29th (Sat) Standing A 001

March 26th (Thu) Standing A 001 -> August 30th (Sun) Standing A 001

- For those who prefer cancellation, please contact Yes24 Ticket customer service (1544-6399) by March 26th (Thu) 6pm to request a full refund. Please make sure to make the cancellation via Yes24 Ticket customer service. Otherwise, cancellation fee will be charged when the customer makes the cancellation on his/her own. A full refund will be made upon request.

For customers who have made the payment via wire transfers: The refund process will be completed within 3 business days upon your request.

For customers who have made the payment via credit card: Transaction will be cancelled upon your request, and the refund process may take up to 7 days. Duration may vary depending on the credit card company.

- Based on Yes24 Ticket’s refund policy, those who have made the cancellation AFTER Jan 20th & BEFORE this postponement announcement due to health concerns can also request a refund for the cancellation fee. Please contact Yes24 Ticket customer service (1544-6399).
