2020년 3월 31일 예정이었던 톰 워커의 ‘What A Time To be Alive Tour 2020’ 서울 공연이 최근 발생한 일들로 인해 안타깝게도 취소되었음을 안내드립니다.

I’m absolutely gutted to announce that in light of recent events, my ‘What a Time to be Alive Asia 2020’ tour has been cancelled.
Full refunds will be available, please contact your ticketing provider for more info.
Thank you so much for your support and I’m sorry I can’t make it this time, but I’ll see you guys in Asia soon.

예매하신 티켓은 예매처(멜론티켓)의 절차에 따라 전액 환불될 예정입니다.
공연을 기다려 주신 많은 관객분들께 양해의 말씀드리며 다시 한 번 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송합니다.

1. 무통장 입금
예매처(멜론티켓)에서 일괄 취소할 예정입니다.
환불 받으실 본인 명의의 계좌 접수가 필요합니다. (자세한 방법은 멜론티켓에서 문자로 안내 예정)

2. 카드 결제
결제 금액 전액이 승인 취소됩니다. 취소 완료 시까지 영업일 기준 약 5~10일정도 소요됩니다.

※ 취소 및 환불 문의는 반드시 멜론티켓 고객센터(1899-0042)로 부탁드리며, 직접 취소하실 경우 취소수수료가 발생하실 수 있으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.

[Announcement on Refund Procedure]
1. Wire Transfer
Ticketing website(Melon Ticket) will make cancellation among purchased tickets at once. Melon Ticket will request a bank account number for the refund, under the same name as the purchaser. (Melon Ticket will send out further information in details through SMS)

2. Card Purchases
Full refund will apply to the purchase made. It may take from 5-10 business days for it to process.

※ Please be aware that cancellation and refund inquiries must be made through Melon Ticket(1899-0042). If you cancel your tickets manually, please be noted that cancellation fee may occur.
